Jun 22, 2012 Updated Jun 25, 2012

If you missed out on tickets to The xx's pair of Aussie gigs next month, you're not alone...but there's some good news.

The band have confirmed that they'll be back for a bigger tour early next year, and all those punters who entered the ballot for tickets this time round will be offered priority pre-sale tickets for next year.

The band's next album Coexist  hits the shops on September 7.
