The Indigenous Music Awards acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of the Northern Territory's Aboriginal music performers, both in contemporary and traditional genres.
ABC Dig Music wants you to vote for your favourite NT song released this year.
Voting closes 6pm Friday August 7.
Voting Conditions:
- Only one vote per person
- Voting is open to all of Australia, not just NT residents
- Musicians must be from the NT or border regions
- There is no prize offered for voting
- Voting opens 9:00am AEST Monday 13 July and closes 6:00pm AEST Friday 7 August.
- The administration and final count of votes will be conducted by the Indigenous Music Awards. ABC Dig Music is not responsible for the outcome.

Artist Biography
Geoffrey Gurrumul Yunupingu (born 1970) is an Indigenous Australian musician, who sings in the Yolngu language. He was born in Galiwin'ku, off the coast of Arnhem Land, Northern Australia about 580 kilometres from Darwin. He is from the Gumatj clan of the Yolngu and his mother from the Galpu nation. He was born blind, has never learned Braille and does not have a guide dog or use a white cane....
