Tour takeaway
The band kick off their last ever Tour next Wednesday, and they've announced that every show on the tour will be recorded and released both digitally and on CD.
The band have teamed up with the Abbey Road Live unit, who also worked on Pixies Australian tour earlier this year.
Each show will be recorded and turned around for punters to take home with them, just ten minutes after the gig ends. CDs can also be ordered and mailed out later.

Artist Biography
Powderfinger was an Australian rock band that formed in Brisbane in 1989. From 1992 until their breakup the band lineup consisted of vocalist Bernard Fanning, guitarists Darren Middleton and Ian Haug, bassist John Collins, and drummer Jon Coghill.
