Live at the Folklore Center, NYC – March 6, 1967 will be released on August 25 by the Tompkins Square label.
The set was recorded by folk impresario Izzy Young at the Greenwich Village club that was a melting pot for folk acts during the 1960's.
While Buckley was only 28 when he died, his creative output was prolific, and the set includes six original compositions released here for the first time.

His music and style changed considerably through the years; his first album (1966) was mostly folk oriented, but over time his music incorporated jazz, psychedelia, funk, soul, avant-garde and an evolving "voice as instrument," sound.
