Former Frente! frontperson Angie Hart will release her second solo album this month.

The new album Eat My Shadow includes the track Delicate, which Hart co-wrote with Crayon Fields frontman Geoff O'Connor...listen to a sneak preview here.

Eat My Shadow is due for release on October 23, shortly before Hart heads out on tour:

November 5: The Troubadour, Brisbane
November 6: Raval, Sydney
November 7: Raval, Sydney
November 14: The Toff In Town, Melbourne
November 20: The Jade Monkey, Adelaide
November 26: Republic Bar, Hobart
November 27: Hotel New York, Launceston
