It looks like Bob Dylan could be back in the studio soon – but this latest venture doesn’t involve music.

Dylan is considering going into the satellite navigation voiceover business and has been negotiating with car companies about becoming the voice of their GPS systems.

Given that he has spent the better part of the last 40 years on the road, it’s perhaps a fitting project for the music legend.

But speaking on his BBC Sunday radio show he joked that the whole idea could be a big mistake, saying that whichever way he goes he always seems to end up in the same place – “on Lonely Avenue”.
