The double DVD will include highlights from every artist who performed at the twin-city performances, including Olivia Newton-John, Coldplay & John Farnham, Marcia Hines, Hunters & Collectors, Jack Johnson, Kasey Chambers and Shane Nicholson, Troy Cassar-Daley, Kylie Minogue, Midnight Oil, Paul Kelly and Split Enz.
Michael Gudinski said; “Sound Relief was literally born from the ashes of a terrible time in Australia’s history. The concerts became so much more than just a charity fundraising event; they were a way for the community to unite and heal...Since the day of the concert we’ve received so many enquiries about whether the concerts would be released on DVD that I wouldn’t be surprised if this became the highest selling DVD in Australian history".
Over $8 million was raised by the Sound Relief concerts, with proceeds going to the Red Cross Victorian Bushfire Appeal and The Queensland Premier’s Disaster Relief Appeal. Profits from the DVD will be given to the Red Cross with all artists, publishers and labels providing royalty free clearances.

Awesome, been waiting a long time for this cant wait to buy my copy of this DVD !!!
Where do you get it. Cannot find DVD of Melbourne or Sydney Sound Relief concert any where. Have tried Sanity, J.B.Hifi etc.
