Shirty dancing

Richard Fuller
Nov 4, 2011 Updated Nov 7, 2011

How old do you have to be to be too old to dance?

That's the question on most music fans' minds after a 43-year old Cold Chisel fan was removed from a gig and fined $450.

Magistrate Ross Mack told Richard Fuller "You are too old to dance" after slapping him with the fine for assaulting security staff who objected to his enthusiastic double fist-pumping moves.

"I didn't think I was annoying anyone and everyone was cheering for me," said Fuller.
