Scratch and win

Peter Gabriel is extending his back-scratching offer to any one who fancies having a go at remixing one of his songs.

In collaboration with online music community Indaba, Gabriel has invited punters to remix his 1980 ditty Games Without Frontiers.

The Grand Prize winner will be flown to the UK to spend a day mastering their remix at Gabriel's Real World Studios.

The winning track will then be released as an official digital single on iTunes, with the winner also grabbing a share of the track's royalties.

Peter Brian Gabriel (born 13 February 1950) is an English singer, musician, and songwriter who rose to fame as the lead vocalist and flautist of the progressive rock group Genesis. After leaving Genesis, Gabriel went on to a successful solo career. His 1986 album, So, is his most commercially successful, and the album's biggest hit, "Sledgehammer", won a record nine MTV Awards at the 1987 MTV...
