Rush fan Christopher Langone has filed a class action lawsuit against the Canadian rockers after the band cancelled a show due to bad weather. 42 year old Chris had travelled from his home in upstate New York all the way to Chicago just to see his heroes perform, and so news of the cancellation sent him into quite a tizz.
He's seeking reimbursement for ticket, airfare and other expenses he incurred while making the trek across several states to see the veteran prog warriors, claiming breach of contract, since the ticket and promotional materials stated the outdoor show was a 'rain or shine' event.
