More details have emerged concerning veteran rocker Neil Young's campaign for better audio quality...

Young is hoping to make a dent in iTunes' market dominance with his Pono system, which features both hardware and software components with which Young hopes to "save the sound of music".

Neil took a Pono-enhanced Cadillac Eldorado to last year's Bonnaroo festival, demoing the system to a swag of bands including Red Hot Chili Peppers: "It's a drastic difference," bassist Flea said. "MP3s suck."
