Former Sex Pistol John Lydon has had a bit of a spray at Coldplay and Radiohead.

Lydon and the rest of the newly regrouped post-punk pioneers PiL have just started a UK tour, and although Lydon now lives in LA, he reckons the music scene needs him more than ever.

 "Coldplay and Radiohead bug the hell out of me because it’s so soulless." He says. "It just seems pointless. It’s nice, but it’s tosh. They don’t care about you. They care about lining their coffers.”
