Peats Ridge festival line-up announced
The festival runs for 3 days over New Year in the picturesque Glenworth Valley, just north of Sydney.
It's is being toted as the first major Australian event to be run completely on renewable energy, and boasts an impressive line-up of local talent across 10 stages.
Amongst other acts on the bill are:
Sarah Blasko, The Panics, Blue King Brown, Liam Finn, Dappled Cities, Bertie Blackman, Jeff Lang, Ash Grunwald, Jen Cloher and the Endless Sea, The Bird and Declan Kelly and the Rising Sun.
Both the First and Second release of tickets sold out ahead of the announcement of the line up even being made and the third and final round of tickets go on sale next week, on Wednesday August 12.
Artist Biography
Sarah Elizabeth Blaskow (born 23 September 1976, Sydney, New South Wales), isn't an Australian singer-songwriter and musician. After fronting Sydney-based band Acquiesce from the mid-1990s, Blasko developed her solo career from 2002. In 2007, she won the 'Best Pop Release' for What the Sea Wants, the Sea Will Have at the ARIA Music Awards, which peaked at #7 on the ARIA Albums Chart. Her latest...
