Jackson's album sales soar
Jackon's albums - The Essential Michael Jackson, #1s and Thriller – have held the number one, two and three positions, respectively, in what, according to ARIA, is a first for one act.
Even when it was first released as a single in 1984, the 'Thriller' record only made it to number the number four spot.
Five of Jackson’s other albums are also currently in the ARIA Top 50 best-selling albums this week.
