Perth psych-rockers Tame Impala have announced their biggest Australian tour to date.

In addition to their Groovin' The Moo Festival commitments, Kevin Parker and chums will play a series of shows in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth from late April to mid May.

Tame Impala tour:

Friday April, 26 – Festival Hall, Melbourne

Thursday, May 2 – Hordern Pavilion, Sydney

Wednesday, May 8 – Convention Centre, Brisbane

Thursday, May 9 – Thebarton Theatre, Adelaide

Saturday, May 18 – Belvoir Amphitheatre, Perth
