Homebake under-cooked
The event has been held at Sydney’s Domain in recent years after kicking off back in 1996 in Byron Bay.
Failure to secure a decent line-up for this year's event has been cited as the reason for the hiatus, with organisers saying in a statement issued yesterday "We’ve not been able to have the planets align to a standard we feel appropriate".
The festival is set to go ahead as planned in December next year.

given the incredible amount of grassroots talent in all styles aound Australia - some of which i've witnessed in local pubs (good ol' maligned Adelaide...) - i'm surprised by this
given the logistics of availability & ability to secure some mainline acts can prove difficult though
keep it going though... a very good local exposure venue
also appreciate the massive organisation involved for these events - well done thus far
