An Aussie Mum allegedly netted pots of cash for an AC/DC gig that never was...

During seven months in 2005, Leanne Herbert allegedly defrauded a school, a Sydney medical institute, a tax accountant and businesses of more than 120 grand after promising them she had the exclusive rights to a one-off Acca Dacca gig.

Police allege Herbert told people that the concert would be held in Sydney in late 2005 and promised special seats and sponsorship deals.

Herbert was arrested last month after AC/DC management allegedly told police they had never heard of her or her alleged concert.
