Presenters and performers for the ceremony on March 15 next year will be announced at a later date, although genesis keyboardist Tony Banks told Billboard magazine that the band are unsure as to whether they will be playing at the event due to frontman Phil Collins’ health.
“Phil’s got a few physical problems at the moment, which means I don’t think he’d be able to play,” Banks said.
The 2010 inductees were chosen from 500 voters from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation. Artists are eligible for inclusion in the hall of fame 25 years after their first recording is released.
