Franti Adds Final Melbourne Date

Michael Franti has added a 'second and final' Melbourne show to his acoustic tour of Australia next month.

The Spearhead frontman has sold out his first date at Melbourne's Prince Bandroom.

Tpoet, musician and composer last played Australia in October 2008, touring the latest Spearhead album All Rebel Rockers.

Next month's acoustic performances will see Franti joined by as-yet-unnamed 'special guests'.

Michael Franti and Friends' tour dates:
Sun 5 April - Prince Bandroom, Melbourne - SOLD OUT
Mon 6 - Prince Bandroom, Melbourne- NEW
Tue 7 - Ferntree Gully Hotel, Ferntree Gully

He is the creator and lead vocalist of Michael Franti & Spearhead, a band that blends hip hop with a variety of other styles including funk, reggae, jazz, folk, and rock. He is also an outspoken supporter for a wide spectrum of peace and social justice issues.
