The Faces reunion saga continues...

As part of our commitment to keeping you updated on the reunion plans of 70s rockers The Faces, the latest is that three of the five original members - Ronnie Wood, Ian McLagan and Kenney Jones, have stated that they are definitely up for a tour next year...but, as previously reported, there are problems.
 
Former frontman Rod Stewart is currently ruling himself out for anything in 2010, so he's a non-starter.

At the band's recent reunion show in London, vocal duties were shared by a number of singers including Andy Fairweather-Lowe and Paul Carrack, with ex-Rolling Stones bassist Bill Wyman filling in for the late Ronnie Lane. The trouble with THAT lineup is that Wyman, now an impressive 73, does not like to fly, so it looks as though any tour would require a replacement bassist as well...

The remaining Small Faces - Ronnie Lane, Ian McLagan and Kenney Jones - were joined by Ronnie Wood and Rod Stewart, both from The Jeff Beck Group, and the new line-up was renamed Faces.
