There's a good chance that the band, who went their separate ways on the eve of the Woodstock festival in 1969, will regroup in the not-too-distant.
Jeff Beck was responding to a question from ABC Dig Music correspondent Dick about the possibility of reconvening with Rod Stewart.
"I wasn't supposed to tell you but...at the risk of spoiling any surprise...there would be every possibility of an album at least, if not a live thing" Jeff said. "I want to find where his range is at and what material we'd choose".
So there you have it...thanks Dick...or should we now call you Scoop?

Wow! The JBG back together... Nice scoop DIG...
..was reading an interview with Ronnie Wood, he said Jeff was keen but he couldn't get Rod to commit either to a JBG or a Faces reunion... things have progressed since that interview obviously...
..but Ronnie was funny, he said, and I quote ('Classic Rock' magazine Issue 140): "the trouble is that Rod wants a greenhouse around the drums, and those little things in your ears... I don't think that's very rock'n'roll" ! Too funny!
without Mick Waller (RIP last year) and Nicky Hopkins I don't see the point
Hi Liz...ta for the message...but surely JB's guitar and Rod's voice were of some significance to the sound? Those 2 and Ronnie wood were always the core members, don't you reckon?
