Build your own guitar

Cash strapped musicians...time to throw out that air guitar and get yourself a real one...for less than $10.

Sound artist Ranjit Bhatnagar, a member of NYC Resistor, an electronics hacking collective located in Downtown Brooklyn, reckons you can make an electric guitar from a plank of wood, some wire, a magnet and a guitar string.

He's even put together a video to show you how.
