The series premiere cunningly coincides with the release of Croweology, a double album of all-acoustic material featuring new arrangements of their best-known songs.
Throughout the month of August, the band will release one webisode per day via their website, www.blackcrowes.com.
20 Years of Tall Tales was directed and produced by John Vanover and filmed earlier this month at singer Chris Robinson's Los Angeles home.
Maybe we'll find out why the band has almost twice as many former members as current ones...
