Coach trip
The original 1967 footage has been digitally restored and the sound remastered for a DVD and Blu-Ray release on October 8. In case you haven't seen it - and most folks haven't - the film, which was devised, written and directed by the Fab Four themselves, is loosely based on a British seaside coach trip - with the accent very much on 'trip'.
The restored version includes a 'making of' doco, interviews with some of the supporting cast and extra performances not included in the final cut.
