Chris Bailey and Ed Kuepper
Apr 9, 2010 Updated Apr 12, 2010

Despite their reputation as a volatile combination, Chris Bailey and Ed Kuepper from The Saints will pair up next month to play a series of acoustic shows.

The relationship between the musicians has reportedly been tense for years, with a flair-up at last year's All Tomorrow's Parties festival in Mount Buller. But the two will be putting their differences aside to play a selection of tracks from The Saints' back catalogue along with some of their own solo work, for three residencies during May - at Sydney's The Vanguard, at The Troubadour in Brisbane and at Bennetts Lane in Melbourne.Ahead of the tour, the duo are recording some stripped-back and reworked tracks, which will be released through the Liberation label.Tour dates:May 12, 19 & 26 - The Vanguard, Sydney, NSWMay 13, 20 & 27 - The Troubadour, Brisbane, QLDMay 16, 23 & 30 - Bennetts Lane, Melbourne, VIC
