Britney's big chill
The Alcor Life Extension Foundation, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, performs cryonics, which is the preservation of humans in liquid nitrogen after legal death, with hopes of restoring them to full health when new technology is developed in the future.
As of April 31 this year Alcor had 918 living people signed up for the big chill, with 94 patients already in cryopreservation.
A source from the Spears camp said: "Brit looked into having her ashes turned into diamonds after she is gone but settled on the chance of getting to live in the future."
