The debut track from Björk's new multimedia project Biophilia has appeared online.

The song 'Crystalline' is released officially on June 30, but you can have a listen here

As Björk explains it, Biophilia is a "multimedia project encompassing music, apps, internet, installations and live shows".

It's set to debut as part of the Manchester International Festival in the UK at the end of the month.

Björk Guðmundsdóttir, known as Björk, is an Icelandic singer-songwriter. Her musical style is eclectic and she has achieved recognition in rock, jazz, electronic dance music, classical, and folk. Björk's 1990s singles "It's Oh So Quiet", "Army of Me" and "Hyperballad" charted in the UK Top 10. Her record label, One Little Indian, reported that by 2003 she had sold more than 15 million albums...
