Bjork explains album delay
She said the record quote "needed more blood and muscles, oxygen and stuff". To help achieve same, she sought the assistance of London-based Iranian producer Leila Arab and mastering engineer Mandy Parnell.
She's clearly happy with the result, saying : "I am really happy I did this, seems like Biophilia the album has a body" .
The album will now be released on October 10.

Björk Guðmundsdóttir, known as Björk, is an Icelandic singer-songwriter. Her musical style is eclectic and she has achieved recognition in rock, jazz, electronic dance music, classical, and folk. Björk's 1990s singles "It's Oh So Quiet", "Army of Me" and "Hyperballad" charted in the UK Top 10. Her record label, One Little Indian, reported that by 2003 she had sold more than 15 million albums...
