A Kinky documentary planned

Keep your eyes peeled for a new documentary about 60s UK band The Kinks.

The film is being directed by Julien Temple – who’s also been responsible for the classic music docos The Filth & The Fury, about the rise and fall of the Sex Pistols, and Joe Strummer: The Truth is Unwritten, as well as several Kinks music videos.

The doco is going under the working title Kingdom Come, but a release date is yet to be announced.
