Former Screaming Trees frontman Mark joined Isobel, formerly of Scottish indie popsters Belle and Sebastian, for a couple of tunes at The Desk.

Accompanying Mark and Isobel for the session were guitarists Jeff Fielder and Dave McGowan, together with Thøger Lund on bass.

The Untidy Desk series gives you a chance to see and hear some of the world's top artists in the informal setting of the ABC Dig Music office. You can find the whole series here

Born and raised in Ellensburg, Washington, Lanegan began his musical career in 1985, forming the grunge band Screaming Trees with Gary Lee Conner, Van Conner and Mark Pickerel.
