"While it's slightly disappointing that there's no narrative arc to knit all this together (though it won't stop fans and critics trying), they've still managed to produce a fantastic set of thematically linked tunes that sound quite like nothing else. Not even them. Sure there's a few ideas that don't last, there's moments of indecision, morphing identities, thrills and fleeting confusion".

It consists of the husband and wife duo of Win Butler and Régine Chassagne, along with Will Butler, Richard Reed Parry, Tim Kingsbury, Jeremy Gara, and Sarah Neufeld.
