Katie Noonan (born 2 May 1977) is a multi award winning and 5 x platinum selling Australian singer, producer, songwriter, pianist and business woman. Katie firstly received widespread acclaim with indie-pop group george and has since built a successful solo career encompassing Opera, Jazz, Pop, Rock and Dance. Katie leads Australian groups, The Captains, Elixir, Katie Noonan Guitar and String Quartet, Katie Noonan and Karin Shaupp and Katie Noonan’s Blackbird Jazz Sextet. Noonan also regularly performs under the stage name of Two of A Kind alongside her mother, renowned Opera singer Maggie Noonan. Katie’s various releases include her folk trio’s self-titled album ‘Elixir’, the No. 1 selling classical album ‘Two of a Kind’ and her gold-selling top ten solo album ‘Skin’. .
